 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

New, unused, and unwashed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within a period of 14 days after December 25th allowing you to shop for loved ones for Christmas with confidence. All original tags must be attached. All holiday themed items are non-returnable and final sale.

You will not receive a refund if items do not meet the return conditions and a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

RETURNS:
To return,
  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return request
  2. Please follow the steps through our self-service returns
  3. To do so, Login to your account
    • In the email field, enter your email address, and then click "continue"
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
    • Click the order that you want to submit a return request for
    • Select the item(s) that you want to return
    • Click "submit request"

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. A $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. After the product is received and inspected, you will receive a refund. Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 3-4 business days for our return department to process your return.
